I'm not even eligible for a code (in the UK, and I'm not even a platinum user), but I'm still really miffed that Nintendo has done this. I, and many other people I know been hyping the game since before an official release was announced, and I even imported the original to play in the run up to the release. I'd still very much like to try the game, and it doesn't really seem fair that the demo wasn't released as a general eShop offering.

I guess all of us wants to play the demo -.- I wished that they just the put damn demo in the e-shop.
