I just got all 136 figurines.

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!

This is what you get when you get all of the figurines:
-A Carlov Medal
-Talk to the guy outside of the cafe, he'll open the door to his house, inside there's:
-600 rupees
-a piece of heart
-and a sound test thing

I've been wanting to get them all. I think I have over 100, I'll have to check.
