How can I get a title here such as "Employee" or "Clonetrooper"?

You have to be atleats a Sage... but I was thinking of getting rid of that privalige.

Well the reasone I might get rid of it is so it can say MOD or Sage in the rank area.

how about it go in the group area then. If your a mod your automatically a employee so just have it say mod there.
