Tips for holding villagers!

So I'm holding Bianca for a friend and I didn't talk to her until they reset, which was today. Now, I'm TTing 2 days each until she pings. But literally NONE of my villagers are pinging, and since I have a couple of my dreamies, I'm worried that one will move out and I won't know. What do I do? ;n;

Uh, I'd just use the safety net method. The method you're using sounds very very risky. Someone is bound to say a rumor or a ping.

Don't just run around looking for pings, talk to everyone too because if someone's thinking of moving the other villagers will tell you. (There's also certain things they'll say if no one's moving, which is how you'll know you're in the clear -- here's a good guide on that.) And remember that there's bound to be a mover every few days, and once someone starts thinking of moving you'll only have five days to stop them. So don't TT too far if you haven't heard anything about someone moving in a while.
