Tip "I" learned by chance today

When wanting to empty pockets and place item on ground, just slide the item to the center where your pic is and it drops right to the floor. Anything to save a few tedious steps helps me. We'll you knew that!

I did but I often forget. Good heads-up for everyone I guess c:

But make sure you drop it when the floor goes purple/is highlighted and not your character because if it's something your character can pick up or wear, that will happen instead of it going on the floor.

Make sure to drag the item you want to drop onto the ground your character is standing on instead of onto the picture of your character. It should highlight differently. If you drag a wearable item onto your character, you'll change into it, and if you drag a food item, you'll end up eating it. D: Almost lost some expensive items that way. I also end up wearing a lot of flowers when I don't want to.

I also end up wearing a lot of flowers when I don't want to.

When I do the gardening tour, I ALWAYS end up wearing one of the flowers I was trying to plant!

Right? D: I always do that, especially when I'm hurrying with the last load of flowers. My first reaction is usually "AAAARRG PRECIOUS SECONDS!"

And then I get all freaked out because my headgear is a crown, and I definitely don't want to accidentally lose it on the island because I was trying to drop flowers too quickly.
