Hi! I'll explain.

When Tangy is in boxes, that means that she is moving. You can come to get her if you have 9 villagers. If yoy have 10, she wouldn't come to your toen cuz your town is full. So you need to have 9 villagers (or 8) talk to her, and she will come to your town! You can find your dreamies on this forum. There are lots of selling/giveaway threads! You can also post your dreamies in the official looking for buying thread! I hope it's clear now.
