Timmy and Tommy aren't Nook's nephews

According to LIQUEFY!, they aren't related. Nook revealed this today in ACWW, but you had to speak with him last Saturday in order for him to talk about it today.

I dug out my AC, my GameCube, and an extra memory card to test the "legend" that Nook says they are his nephews when you first get Nookington's in AC.

Well, Nook says NOTHING special when you walk into Nookington's for the very first time in AC. He just says his usual "spiel" about brousing/carousing.

So many people have perpetuated the myth that Tommy & Timmy are Nook's nephews.

Interesting, I got to see this myself, but he does hint that he never got married, and that he wont go into it. Maybe he lost a love long long ago.
