Time travelled towns?

So I was thinking that I should catch the bugs I'm missing, and it's only three, the Mole Cricket, Bagworm and Dung Beetle.

So I'm looking for a town that's in between December and February, and the best time would be between 5pm and 7pm since that's the time I can catch all the bugs. And it means I will have to shake trees and dig and go after snowballs.

If anyone is interested, I could tip you a couple of thousand bells (tell me what you want)!

EDIT: I now only need the Bagworm and Dung Beetle, so a snowy town would be lovely .

I believe that bagworms and possibly dung beetles do not appear while playing online, just as bees don't and like how hermit crabs don't appear on the island when you play online. >.<

I really do hope I'm wrong, but I went to someone else's town to search for the very same bugs but I couldn't find any! And I shook every tree twice in search of the bagworm. I'm uncertain about the dung beetle though, because I heard that it only appears on days where it snows.

Yeah, I shook a lot of trees too and I couldn't find a single one.
