I actually never realised that this was the reason, or a possible reason for the ridiculous prices at which some people sell things, definitely gave me some insight, and I agree with you actually, it's definitely different to the past versions of AC but I guess we have to learn to be comfortable with the way the economy in the game is going since it's a new series, and we need these easy ways of earning money such as beetle farming what with PWP feature, so we can't rule that out, but I have learnt that in order to get by, you should use the wifi selling/buying to your advantage, I have found myself making a lot of bells easily selling and then adding my beetle money on top, makes me seem less at a loss
