tiger beetle troubles

Wow, i need to catch the tiger beetle but they're harder than tarantulas for some reason. Do they move around like wharf roaches or something? they found on beach?

just go to the island, while hunting for beetles at night after 7PM i find tons of them

You can find them on the island, very, very easily.

Go to the island at night to find them. The tiger beetle is the one that jumps when you run around. The wharf roach is the one that scurries off when you run around. If you have all the trees/bushes/flowers on the center/grassy area of your island it will probably be harder to find them. Maybe try cutting down, digging up or picking the things in the center area to be able to find the tiger beetle easier.

They swarm the island while doing beetle hunt, dont worry about those that much.
