I've seen loads in Wild world. About 1 or 2 in ACCF.

I saw one a long time ago, in the morning. It's nothing special. You can't see lightning, but you can hear thunder.

I have had a lot of storms in my town..I was in summer, i'm thinking,I had at least 1 a wk..sometimes twice a wk. I thought it was normal.

"^^" is basically a synonym for "I agree with that" or "that's what I would say." When someone quotes something and they write "^^," that means that's what they would have said. It's usually used when agreeing to something.
