So I now have four cartridge towns and one digital. I worried it would be a lot of work, lol, but strangely, I am enjoying AC more now than ever. Having fifty villagers is pretty awesome and five towns to unleash my creative jones on is so utterly freeing. I have also taken to swapping villagers from one town to another (except for Shika, which is all deer). This means that most villagers have been in two to three of my towns and all my mayors are known by everyone when they travel around. Everyone speaks fondly of my other towns and their mayors and it's like a huge family.

And it takes the stress off in a weird way. If someone unexpectedly winds up in boxes, I can always do some creative shuffling. That is why I like to keep a temporary floating villager in most towns that I can let go of if necessary. And inviting a new villager in makes it fun for me because I can meet new ones and potentially fall in love :)

I don't keep a set schedule, but somehow it all seems to work out. Shrugs.

Wow 5 towns? I don't think I could handle that many. I currently have 2 myself. I must admit, it is great. The theme and everything between the two towns are different and it's fun experimenting. My 1st town is more progessed than the other, and if I feel like landscaping, I just do it in my 2nd town. I might get a 3rd cycle town too. Long story short, multiple towns are great to have if it's your style.

I can barely even keep up with my single town; although having two+ would be nice, I dunno if I have the amount of time needed to dedicate to ACNL as much as I did when I first started to maintain them. :,)

I do kind of wish I had multiples though, just because there's so many possibilities for towns and themes to just be limited to a single cartridge..

That sounds so awesome! I'm thinking of maybe starting a second town sometime soon, but I'm so glad to hear you say it's not too stressful even with five towns cx

I don't think I could manage five towns, I'd love to have more villagers though.

I have three towns (one is a cycle town) but tbh I only really have time to play my main town, my others are left for months at a time and I just go back to the last date I played so nothing's changed. I'm using my second town for storage right now .

I have 4 towns and picked up two villagers from my guest town.
All the villagers know the mayor/ side players by name. They call them us part of the town and ask why we don't build a house since we love visiting so much.

I don't have schedule but do freeze a town or two when I want just want to spend time in my main town.
For Pave Day I didn't need the furniture I just wanted to spend time playing games with the villagers.

I have two but do to my busy schedule I can only maintain one, the second town is more like a "Storage" town where I don't car who moves in/out I just use to to hold items or to swap villagers.

5 would seem fun but I know I would probably end up ditching all but two because I am a perfectionist when it comes to ACNL towns and their appearance.

To me it just doesn't really seem like it's worth the money, considering the game is 25 bucks a pop. I'd like to be able to have two towns but alas, it'll never happen.

Soon I'm gonna have 2 towns but because I have my bf I feel like 2 towns already :p I managed at least 10-20 minutes or more to each town

I just got a second one and I am loving it. My first one was all trial and error, but I've gotten all the stores done. This second one, I don't care about the catalogue or Gracie's, I'm having a LOT of fun designing it and getting my dream villagers :D

I have three towns and I found it exhausting. It was fun at first but I've put one of my towns on hiatus for an unknown period of time because I can't keep up. Feeling obligated to check all my towns daily so no one I like moves it kind of stressful. I can't really handle more than 2 right now.

i have five towns, but only actively maintain three and use the other two for cycling. i also thought it'd be too much, but i'm actually really enjoying it for the most part. i work a lot, but somehow i manage to squeeze in some time to not only play the three towns but also to cycle. there are definitely days where i don't get a chance to play or even check in on all of them, but i'll check every so often to make sure no one moves and go on with my day. i'm sure one day i'll probably get sick of it and sell the extra copies, but for now i'm pretty happy with my situation. :')

I have three towns and as of late have been considering a fourth because I have just enough dream villagers that can't fit anywhere else that I would love to have in that final town. I don't really want to spend the money though, so I don't know whether I will actually go through with it or not.

I like having multiple towns. Only interacting with the same ten villagers would get old fast and I'd play even less frequently than I do now. Interacting with 30 villagers, though? That sounds nice, and it is.

It's also fun to be able to set up the towns in different ways and with different Public Works Projects. It keeps the game from getting stale and it makes each town fun to come back to.

I also have five towns. It's a lot of work to keep my villagers from leaving in each town lol. As sometimes I don't have enough time to play every town. I got five because there was so many villagers I wanted and I had so many different ideas for towns. One plus side is if I ever accidentally lose a villager I have another town for them lol.

It must be nice managing all those towns at once! :D It sounds great. I've got two towns where one used to be a cycling town so I didn't have to worry about it too much. But now it's a second town, I've found I can't juggle it very well. I get obsessed with one town over the other. I'm sorry for all my villagers in my main town right now as I've been neglecting them. I loaded up today and haven't talked to some of them for a week! Glad that no-one's moved out!

i currently have two towns but my second town is mostly ignored coz im always on my main town. my main is far from complete thats why. i do have have plans to get a 3rd copy though. acnl is like part of my life now and itd be weird to not play it after completing two of my towns.
