Wow you have a lot of normals, I personally would get bored if half my town had the normal personality. I like both Marty and Dobie, you should keep them.

Definitely keep Dobie and Marty, but P. Star is right, maybe try getting some other type of personalities too

I'd probably try to limit the same personality (in your case, normal) to not more than 3. Try Ketchup, Maddie, Julia or Toby.
