Honestly, Butterfree.

It can be kind of bulky if trained right. But it's so easy to rip through.

I feel like Butterfree is only helpful if you sleep powder spam and I don't like to battle like that. I'll use Butterfree for my party, but never in the post game tourneys.

I like Chandlure and Agron, but they both go down easily to water attacks and it is kind of annoying. I also tried Hydregon in Battle Maison once and everyone just destroyed it with a fighting move.
