Depends on what it is for. If for ice cream it would be vanilla flavors as I'm not big on chocolate ice cream. If we're talking real chocolate vs vanilla then it's chocolate. But both are so versatile in their own ways. Especially with baking when it comes to vanilla as an ingredient.
