So Jitters is in the process of moving out (he's my 9th villager), but now someone else is moving in. I looked it up and read that it can happen when a 9th villager is moving, but the question is how the heck am I supposed control a villager moving in when one is moving out? I've been really careful about letting new villagers in when they're placing their plots. I can't possibly create a new character every day while one is moving out. That would be too tedious.

EDIT: Is it possible to fast forward to their moving date and create a new character for that day?

Ah, you just made me remember something. I Streetpassed a ton of people yesterday at an anime convention with New Leaf. Does this only happen once until I Streetpass someone again?

You probably picked up the said villager (the one that's moving in) from the void.
And if you wanna TT to the moving out date and create a new character for that day you can change the 3ds settings clock (instead of Isabelle)

And if you want to move out the voided villager, you must move someone out first before you can. And if the rest of your 9 villagers are dreamies, then you'll have to sacrifice one of them in order to move out the voided villager.

Yes. I'm pretty sure you can plot reset when there's a house instead of a plot.
