retail is in the middle of nowhere.
i would reset the hell away from that, HOWEVER that one pond is v nice. but retails placement bothers me far too much, thats just imo tho

Yeah, you're right :c I like having retail further up, like closer to the tracks..
Plus I love rivers that go through the middle.. The full beach makes me happy though D:

ive had tons of "full beaches" (i think? the ones with private beaches?) so you should be fine in that case. but that retail, man. i just cant justify it even if theres only one pond. i do have one map with that river, but my retail is close to the tracks so its not as big of a deal. :c i would say keep trying.

I really dislike the placement of the retail, town hall and plaza but everything else looks good. I'd love to have a full beach and only one pond is nice but that wouldn't convince me enough to use it. I just don't like how the retail and town hall are right in the middle of the map. It's up to you though, of course.

I've just found a map I really like. Doesn't have full beach but I love the forward ramps. Which it had cherries but I won't reset over fruit.

I like that map! Retail is really close to main street & the train station, and the holding ponds are out of the way. I'm not an expert in map resetting but I say go for it!

I think that map looks good. Lots of ponds but they're probably not going to bother you all that much; the one by retail is a definite, you're probably not going to place any PWPs behind town hall, and the third is off in the corner where I personally would just place some flowers or something.

so I'd go for it, but at the end of the day its your town.

My house is between the two ponds, I'm so happy and excited! Already found the perfect pear, now to pick up my Rosie from shampoodle!
