Youtube, Facebook, and other social websites have age restrictions for a reason. Age restrictions are usually required for the protection of young children.

Well, I made a new account and said I was 13, It's good.
But I thought that wiki was ok for all ages because of the rules put in place, It's not a big deal now that I have a new account, But COPPA is still kind of stupid. I know they mean well, But sometimes it's just pure hypocrisy.

I first started using forums at the age of eleven, and god my grammar was so bad, but i just want to warn you, it can make you grow up more than you want to, it certainly did for me, it made me become more aware, of things that most adults dont know, and i learnt information that generally isn't acceptable for a young teen etc..
Most forums are really nice though

Well, that's quite relative. Some parent wont buy that kind of stuff for their kids. When i was a kid and i asked for something like that, my family would be like zomfgnowtfthatsbadforyou. Now I only buy them when i don't want to fall asleep at college.
