Things you wish you thought of to do with your town

I kind of wish I had gotten a long connected beach with a small private one... But I don't go to my beach very much at all so it's not a HUGE deal.

At one of the dream towns I visited, someone put a second player's starter tent next to the campsite so that there were TWO tents (+ a lovely bonfire). I wish I had left more room next to my campsite so that I could have copied him.
