* so much furniture, nintendo did us dirty by not including almost any of the old sets we used to have

I miss being a total noob lol. When I first played WW I remember being amazed about the smallest things, I literally had no idea how to play the game at first and then I figured out that you could fish, catch bugs, make friends with your villagers etc. It was all so exciting and there wasn’t really a massive online community at the time (that I was aware of anyways) so I just kind of figured things out on my own. Now there are guides/videos/tutorials for everything, I guess I miss the nostalgia haha.

Acnl is my favorite game because of all of these, but also cause it's the first game I played (i'm bias ik)
I loved the big tree, it was so fun to decorate around. I also really miss four leaf clovers because i thought it was so cool that you could plant a bunch to make a clover path. I am totally missing phyllis and pelly and pete and the whole love triangle (i hope they live a good lives)
I'm also missing resetti and don because they were just splendid. Also all of the amiibo villagers for splatoon and zelda should come back, along with Sue. E. and Woolio. But most importantly, I'm missing the character dialogue. like all of you, I really miss the rude crap they would say to my face.

I miss having the town tree to demonstrate your progress! I know that now we can compare hours to show how long we have played, but I feel like having an actual tree in game that would grow whenever you hit checkpoints was really satisfying, and I would love to see something like that in NH.

The sanrio have some of the cutest furniture sets in the game. I am almost positive that they will set up something with amiibo soon and if they didn't, well that would just be dumb ngl. I actually really loved some of the lazies. I have zucker in my town and he is just the most fluffy donut, I seriously love him so much. I made some fan art of him actually, and idk I think I did a good job.. (you can see my crappy fauna drawing too) anyway i have so many amiibo figures and cards I would like to use.

I miss the dump. And I miss the lost and found actually having items that were worth my darn time. I miss asking for jobs to do when I was bored. I miss the villagers actually being interesting to speak to. I miss a lot of the old furniture. I miss the playable NES games, and having my basement set up like a giant arcade. I miss a lot.

I LOVED the playable NES and WI games - desert island escape was so fun and it was a cool way to use amiibos!
I hope they put a secret mini game like that in this version. They have the Nintendo switch as an item...

They could easily make the arcade cabinets playable as well...either with legitimate classic games that Nintendo already owns...or by creating some little throwaway games. I was honestly kind of surprised that they would have things like arcade cabinets and pinball in the game without at least a little functionality.

also who else really kind of missed being the mayor? I know that is what makes New Leaf unique but I found it so fun to be the mayor

YES i mean island life gets kinda tiring and the small store and like no items except a lot of clothes gets boring...

I also don't really like the radio in acnh, i miss all the other songs. also gracie is missing, i just wanna throw away my bells off her products. some things I like to do when i'm bored is make bamboo forests and spawn mushrooms to make it cute, I also just start collecting item sets and talk to the villagers. I will change the villagers catchphrase and greeting to I HAVE A GUN, and ATTACK!

Yeah coming up with phrases and greetings for your villagers is just one of life's pleasures lol
I think that they will bring gracie back, but idk cause now that labelle has her own designer clothing it could get a little heated. I think it would be so funny if one day you walk into the plaza and you just see gracie and labelle screaming at eachother and the villagers are terrified.
yeah, idk labelles items are kinda ugly and i dont like her logo. at least fashion checks were motivated in NL.

Yeah not a huge fan of the labelle stuff, purple isn't my favorite. I think that they should have labelle come occassionally and also give out "seasonal items" like gracie but have the seasonal stuff actually be DLC. That way we can look forward to new stuff often from her.
