Think about it... when you get there, Isabelle knows your name, even though your Mayor have no clue what in the world is happening. Sorry I've been resetting map-wise all day, and realized that she said that. IDEK how it popped into my head... Can anyone else find any other evidence to back this up?

I don't know how to explain why Isabelle knows your name, but someone else was actually supposed to be mayor. Maybe there's a secret paper that said your mayor the moving in but it didn't specify that they were only going to be a resident and not a mayor and Isabelle got confused???
