Theme Shop Question

Ok, stupid question time.

If you buy a theme from the 3DS Theme Shop, do the funds come from your eShop account?
I accidentally hit download on the Bowser theme the other day (I have 46 cents in the eShop) and it started downloading and I'm afraid of getting weird credit card charges. Please help! ;-;

Yes. All costs come from your NNID funds which is tied to the eShop and in-game purchases.
