Theme for Town

As my town name is Kyandi, which means candy, I wanted a theme and a list of villagers that would go with that name.
Ideas anyone?

Candy theme, obviously. Go for the fairy-tale and illuminated pwps. There are lots of cute candy paths on the internet. Choose candy/pastry-themed villagers like Merengue, Cookie, Melba ect.
Put some lollipops and pieces of candy around town.

Edit: The upper-half of your town could be a cedar forest with a candy cottage in it. The character could be a witch, referencing the fairy-tale "Hansel and Gretel".

the food themed villagers would probably be your best bet, along with pastel looking ones! maybe merengue, zucker, marina, diana, cupcake, lolly, peanut!
