I picked this up a few games ago, and....wow.
I decided to take a chance with SE (I still don't forgive them for Kingdom Hearts) and yeah... definately worth my money.

Art style is great. Story = awesome. World is really immerse, TONS of customization.
Battle is really weird at first, but then you get used to it. And it's always intense.

It actually makes me want to play more just to see what happens in the story. Now, a game hasn't done that to me in a LONG time....

Ok, that smilie means I have no idea if you're being sincere or not.
Naw, I'm serious. I really need this game. I've heard nothing but praise.
I read one review that said there was 'too much talking', and they gave a 5 for it.
But that's stupid.

There's only more talking if you choose to not fight battles.

Haven't seen that review. The ones I've seen have been in the 8s and 9s... some are saying it's the funnest RPG to grace a handheld, period.

The battles are seriously intense. I'm kinda glad they're not random. It'd wear me out.
Also, the villins are..something else. One boss uses a ton of cooking analogies, and another scream 'SINE! COSINE! TANGENT!' out of the speakers. And when you fight him, one of his attacks is called 'Soh! Cah! Toa!'

The game's just subtly amusing like that.

It's a great buy, IMO.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who appreciates the humor in Pi-Face
