you can do a raffle with a random generator, you can just pick someone because you like them for some reason, you can go for first post...

Whoever posts first "wins" but I've started a priority thing where those who have the animal as a dream villager will get the animal over someone who wants it for a trade or just to have it.

Everyone has their own rules! Some reserve and some seek out those who are actively looking for the animal. I just like being a ninja.
