well its not exactly resetting, as "making a new character so the town has unsaved random data regarding campers and move-ins"

If someone says they're moving out, can someone else move out as well? For example, if a villager says he's moving on the 25th, can anyone else move out before then?

I'm wondering if it's safe to TT to a time when a villager is moving or if I should be careful of losing others in the process.

@Alysha. It means that they/we make a new character in hopes that a popular/favorite camper is... well... camping on your town, if it's the expected villager, place the character in a spot, and then save. If not, just hit the home button, quit the game, start it again and make a new character.
