As you friend to move him in to his town, then take him when he's moving out.
That's the only way.
You can't take someone's camper.
They need to move in to the town first.

Really sad for my friend right now. Some guy just scammed her out of Punchy when the agreement was 6 Million, whilst she was away the other side of her town he came back with an axe and chopped down most of her perfect fruit trees and dug up half her bushes, and made a general mess of her town .. merely because he 'felt like it'. I didn't even know these people existed...

This is why I'm wary of people I don't really know being in my town. >>

If I found out somebody did that to my town and he was still there, I'd shut off wifi.
