well its uncertain for them both, they dont have a moving date yet; Bam is a sealed deal already!!! but for sprinkle I need to trade teddy and I might be getting teddy tomorrow and x__x yeah strange chain for sprinkle

Make sure you talk to all the villagers in the town at least once, at least twice to the ones you're wanting to leave first..
there's some sort sort of default that doesn't let villagers leave if you haven't talked to them all
When i first got a second town I made that mistake and found it annoying

In my alt town, I've only spoken to the villagers I want to keep (Which is just 2) and I have had people I haven't spoken to at all still move...
