For those of you that are at 10 villagers and trying to get someone to move out: if there is a camper in your site do you check it? I get so nervous to check... what if it's Tangy or Bob and I can't take them in? I need Hamlet out NOW!
Yeah--I'm trying to place public works down at least, but I plan to save most landscaping until they move in. Once I get these 6-7 things placed, I can finally start taking the villagers I want in my reserve village x-x Of course, I don't TT on my main so it may take a while before I have enough slots... :/ But I figure I'll just start ignoring anyone I don't want to keep once I get the Public Works I want.

I still check it. Usually it's the popular villagers that I don't like. xD
Today it was Del. Sometimes I worry it will be someone I want, but I couldn't stand the curiosity if I pass up entering the tent. :O

Make sure you talk to all the villagers in the town at least once, at least twice to the ones you're wanting to leave first..
there's some sort sort of default that doesn't let villagers leave if you haven't talked to them all
When i first got a second town I made that mistake and found it annoying
