Only if you adopt them into your town first and then TT them out and someone adopts them. People can't recruit from your campsite (unfortunately).

Unfortunately I'm going to be very picky about who gets her since I know she is in high demand for trades. And I want her to go to a forever home, not some trade away place.

I'm hoping! I sent them a message. She's been on my dream villager list forever. I don't have room in my main town right now unless I TT but I have room in my alt.. so hopefully they'll be ok with that! ;~;
