I actually have a question about this, if you have villagers you wanna keep, is it still safe to go around and talk to then a bit? It's actually a tiring process haha. I've spent all day trying to get two villagers to move out (Cherry and Muffy) but they don't ever approach me to say anything at all. GRR.

I do like snooty villagers but... Friga doesn't fit into my plans of a food themed town.

Neither does Kabuki but Kabuki's just kind of cool.

Yes, it's safe. If they approach you to move and you say no and they say they're going anyway just reset and try again. If you have specific ones you're trying to boot, make sure that your clock is set to when they are outside. As far as I know it only works if the villager is outside.

Is anybody else happy to see that this thread is quickly catching up to the exchange thread? I love seeing people giving the villagers away out of the kindness of their heart rather than to get something in return :) I have to say, at this point I would be willing to negotiate for my last 2 as they're hard to find, but it is just such a nice vibe on this board <3
 
I'd rather give villagers away or trade them than have people pay bells for them, to be honest. It feels weird to have them pay.

I agree! Plus it feels good to know that you have made someone happy. I feel like those that claim on this board genuinely want this villager and aren't using it for negotiation in future trades. Plus people seem to look out for each other here, like "Oh, someone wanted that villager!"

I'd be happy to give away more villagers ( already giving away Flurry ) but most of my villagers aren't very heavily wanted. I've seen some people on this thread want Kid Cat though, so I'll probably hold onto him until I can find a home for him.

At this point if it came to it I would pay for Tangy or Bob, I just don't have any bells saved up. Have to take advantage of the turnips I suppose.

My mission tonight will definetly get him out immediately! He just mad my town so ugly in my opinion..so Im defintely putting him up for a giveaway..I have a personal issue w/ atleast 10 certain villagers and he's one of them..
