Sadly people are really judgmental especially with looks. I think it happens in real life based off how people look too. People with more cute features probably get away with a lot and are less often perceived as rude or threatening.
I adamantly disagree with half of what that article says.
I know it's someone else's opinion, but I was genuinely offended when they called Pietro a "horror". And I continue to be offended every single time I read that somewhere on the internet.
Maybe I'm weird, but I lOve clowns. I want one for my next birthday party. They're adorable, and quite franky, hilarious. I hate the "creepy" stigma that's been put around them and how it's now been laced around a cute little sheep dude who just wants to be friendly....
This is very true! I have found some villagers I expected to like are not as interesting when I encounter them in the game, such as on a mystery island. And other times a villager I did not initially like based on pictures In the wiki page are very cute when I see them in game (ursala and Rory for example)I will say that in my experience, the expressiveness of character reactions ends up mattering a lot more than I think most people realize in how much meaning I can attribute to a villager over another. This is why it’s always a good idea to interact with a villager you’re thinking of moving in, as some are kinda boring in motion even if they are cute in stills.
