hello! today, i am here to bring you an unlucky tale about plot resetting.

see, i wake up really early in the mornings. it takes an hour for me to get to my shcool by bus, and my dad only drives me sometimes. however, i woke up at around 6 yesterday, instead of 6:30 like usual, so i booted up my game and decided to start plot resetting early, since i always manage to take a long time doing it. i started with a new save file, and ran around my town for a bit, with no new plots. i was relieved, because i didnt want to spend time plot resetting instead of playing the game normally. i set my tent down and saved with isabelle...
and then the "good mroning everyone!" message came up. i had started the game at 5:55 am. it was 6 am, and it was considered a new day in-game.
there was a plot.
in front of the town hall.
i hate you, roscoe

(i dont have any emotions yet so i had to improvise. also, pardon the paths. theyre temporary)

ahh that's happened to me before! i usually just reset again to be safe now. sorry that he plotted in such a bad spot!

Ever since I came to BTF, I have picked up some nasty habits! Haha, I NEVER noticed that your train station was different colors when you played it until I read it one day. Then, I sat there and reset my game for about 45 minutes just to get the brown station, because I think it looks the best.

I never new about the different river patterns on here until I read it. I always thought the river was insanely curvy until I have seen people with the 'perfect layout'. Of course, I spent nearly a day trying to get something similar to that. (It never happened, by the way.)

I tried my hand at plot resetting and failed miserably at it, so I let them plop where they'd like to. Might have to look into it when I get the chance and can actually invest more time into it.

that a bummer
i always plot 3 times before checking if its all fine to go to my mayor because of those stuff

knowing that there n plot on the first turn doesn't mean the plot will appear

hindsight is always 20/20 so I'm not going to tell you what you should/shouldn't have done lol. Sorry that happened! If he isn't a permanent villager maybe you can try and find a new one/since your town seems to be in the earlier stages of planning maybe you can work around it? :)

Oooohh how unforunate! I never ever wake up at that hour so I've never had this problem! Roscoe is a pretty cool villager though so maybe that will make up for it? Maybe?

Oh no! I hate it when things like this happen. I so wish moving villagers in and out was made easier. Or plot resetting a bit more convenient at least. Is it very near to town hall? Looks like there is at least some space to work with, maybe if they're a permanent villager you can work around it? Or if not move them out as soon as. Sorry this happened :(

Aaah, that's so unfortunate! There was barely a way to prevent it either, unless you were expecting something like this. Good luck with moving him out! :)

yeah, him moving in was very unfortunate. hes kind of cool, but im going to give him the silent treatment, since i really want him to move out fast. he doesnt fit in with my theme at all, sadly. ive at least learned my lesson!
