I'm just beginning to style my side villagers' houses. Destiny has a love for vintage white lace and leather. She likes girly things, but adds an edgy tone to her personal style. Her house includes a walk-in wardrobe, because why not?!

As for Marie, she's more of the bright and cheerful type. Colours that you thought didn't go together stand side by clashing side in her house. She definitely has a style all her own. Her house includes a tailoring shop.

It's totally killing me that I have four mannequins sitting in Mayor Emmaline's closet and nowhere to use them in her rustic wood forest house, and I have two houses that I could fill with mannequins, except they can't be traded. I guess I kind of understand the game putting a limitation on how many mannequins you're allowed to have in your house, and it's not like you can't find uses for them. I've seen people do all kinds of creative things with mannequins. It's just, they could be put to better use elsewhere!

I also really feel that there should be an option to customise them. I'm finding the black really hard to work with. My accessories don't work, or if they're black you just plain can't see them (my poor black pumps and leather jacket!)

I know it's not really a big deal and overall I love the game, but there really is some trouble with the mannequins, in my opinion...

I agree with that they should be customizable, I hate that they're black too... like I wish they were wood, or white or at least have options for that, mine is because I have them as outfits for my mayor in my pastel town, and the black mannequins are just so dark and hard with the pastel room. =[ I also wish we could trade them, at least just between our houses. I need ONE in my other house, but it would be nice to trade the other three I wont be using so I can have them in my mayor's fashion/seamstress room. =[
And I agree they have so many applications, they can be used as stand-ins for story rooms, workers behind counters in "shop" rooms, and then to show off or hold on to outfits so that you can quickly and easily change into them.

I hate that the mannequins can't be traded! I just don't see any reason why they would make it that way :( you could even use it to store full outfits and save space in your closet storage. And I agree, they should customizable... The black just ruins a scene :(

Yeah I also agree with the customizable part!
My rooms in my mayor house are all pink or fairy-tale themed and I hate seeing the black peeking out from around un-clothed areas and it just puts a damper on the room.
