The Struggle of PWP's

I have a ton of PWPs unlocked, pretty ones too. But they just aren't the ones i'm looking for. My villagers suggest like crazy and I haven't had to do the ping method in a while, since they're always throwing PWPs at me but it's just never the one I want. I really want the wooden bridge and the modern street lamp but my villagers just won't suggest it. I'm having trouble with peppy and cranky PWPs too. My peppies and crankies almost NEVER suggest anything, and when they do it's a PWP that you can get from any villager. I really would like the bell that you can get from them, since it'd look better than my illuminated clock that is infront of my town hall. I have about four of the peppy PWPs out of 8. They hardly ever suggest and most of the time it's my snooty villagers that are suggesting. I finally got the hotspring though, which I had wanted for the longest time. Still trying for uchi PWPs though.

My favourite is the stone tablet and luckily that was the second project suggested (by Ed when he lived in my town). I also find the jocks to like suggesting the police station, I got mine from flip.
I've unlocked pretty much all the PWPs now, I just went without a peppy for ages so I'm missing the fairytale bridge but u never planned on using it anyway, I just like having them all unlocked. It's only taken 3 months since I started the diving trick to unlock all of those. Don't know if I was just lucky. When I had a lot of PWPs I needed I didn't bother with digging holes around villagers, I started doing that once I was down to the last 10 or so suggestions. Just made it easier for some reason, when I had Deirdre I had got almost everything else unlocked and I trapped her everyday for 6 days and got a suggestion each time. Let her go after that

I suppose I'm just having bad luck this time around.
I was considering trying again today but I just don't want to yet.
I might do it later though.

I kind of try to see who is out and what PWP I want from who is outside.
Then I trap them all, so I can only go to the ONE villager type for the PWP I want to try and unlock from them.
I avoid all the other Villagers because I am going for the one.
I find that easiest.
It's hard but it makes it so much easier when everyone is trapped and you can go right to one of them.
