You said its in a Moon ball. The Moon ball is the Apricorn Ball from HG/SS. NOT GEN 5. The only Eevee that can be obtained in HS/SS is from Bill. The only other way to obtain an EEVEE in that game is through Pokewalker. Even then in the pokewalker you can only catch pokemon in a normal Pokeball. On top of that im pretty sure you cant obtain an HA eevee from HG/SS. AND I gave you an Eevee with almost IMPOSSIBLE specs to breed. A female Evee (12.5% chance to be female) With 6 IV AND SHINY??? really you expect anyone to believe that? I have been playing Pokemon for 18 years. This really hurts other players who dont exploit the game to make BTB. How is anybodys breeding service going to keep up with somebody who hacks the pokemon?
