Was there some sort of scheduled maintenance for the wifi use in ACNL? Both I and another have gotten this message when trying to connect. Mostly I'm just trying to see if anyone else has... And if they have figured out how to fix it.

Yep I have it too. They are doing maintenance you just have to wait until they're done.

Maintenance is just necessary sometimes. Ask any mmo player. XD It keeps things running smoothly, and it will go away eventually. It usually takes a couple hours.

The duplication glitch is most likely coming on the way the game saves, rather than a network-related issue. The weekly server maintenance is there to maintain the stability of the network, and not to provide a patch for the game.

At least, that's how NOA operates.
