It think it is all on the landscape and the houses. I don't think it matters what villagers you have unless you are going for a specific theme.

My landscape would be forest themed.
Dog villagers or random villagers.
Forest themed houses.

Just me and my mansion.
Lush green grass, and absolutely NO villagers.

Maybe Wolfgang. If he was the way he was in WW.

I love either fully forest towns or really modern towns. I don't mind so much the villagers, but I like towns with consistent color schemes and carefully thought out path ways.

Also my perfect town would have all/most ducks (and one elephant, dizzy :'D)

My perfect town would be a town where I'm satisfied with how it looks and what I've done there

Every space covered in landscaping, pwps or path designs. I'm not a fan of towns with lots of empty space.

- easy to traverse with no narrow areas
- long beach + a private beach
- not hacked
- lots of dogs + lazies

I got my perfect town fairly quickly. It's redeeming qualities are:
- no weeds & loads of flowers
- a lot of private works projects
- lots of trees

A town where everything is free like hhd. Lol.
I can pick villager homes and who moves in.
A town where leif or whatever the sloth let's me buy hybrids.

Probably all rabbit villagers.

A perfect town to me is one that's filled to the brim with flowers, PWPs, fruit trees or cedar. With paths that wind around the entirety of the town and have a solid theme. It doesn't have to have a theme, but it's always nice to see where town inspiration comes from. It makes the town a bit more special.
