the one villager that would NOT move out??

this has surely happened to some of you,, that one villager you hate with all of your soul and mind that just refused/refuses to move out??
im having this happen with samson. juST GET OUT PLEASE YOU ARE NASTY

Tutu wouldn't leave for the longest time, and then the one time she finally did ask I couldn't let her go because I've decided not to get another peppy which means I have to get all of the PWPs from her before she leaves.

I had trouble getting Cesar out of my town for months.

And I didn't hate Molly but she just wouldnt ping to move when I was doing a giveaway for her. I needed the space and she was so frustrating.

I'm convinced that in each town there is one villager programmed to be stubborn and stay for an EXTREMELY long time compared to everyone else. This has happened to me in every town I've had so far, 4 in total =/
