I used to love MLP:FiM back in 2012-2013! I watched and loved seasons 1&2 and liked certain episodes in season 3 but eventually got into other shows and lost interest. Picked up the show again last year and watched all the seasons I missed. I liked catching up on the show and wished I'd seen seasons 4-9 sooner.

I have never watched MLP but I have heard great things about it. Rainbow Dash would probably be my favourite character just based on character design.

I’ve always loved MLP since G1. I even like the design of the G3 Ponies and I don’t think it deserves all the hate it gets because it led into the best MLP generation. G3 did have one major flaw that I think could have easily been fixed. I think the lack of male characters in general is what hurt the entire generation. Spike was literally the only male character and his color scheme is absolutely horrid! I mean who thought that shade of purple and orange looked great together? There was absolutely nothing wrong with the G1 color scheme as the purple and green complimented each other nicely. G3 Spike looks diseased and like he fell into a giant vat of paint. The Ponies all being female also poses some really weird and disturbing questions. We know that there are parents as some of them have kids but where are the fathers? Do the Ponies reproduce like amoeba and split into two after a certain period of time? Are the males ritualistically sacrificed into a volcano to appease some deity? Why are there no males in all of Ponyland other than Spike?!
