That makes it less of a copy. He even stated that the club wasn't originally his idea and he just wanted to bring the same concept to their forum, but due to the whining that this group made, it was closed.

Unless you hold physical copyright for this club, you have no right to disallow people to use the idea, and there's nothing you can do about it if they do.

The world is full of copied ideas, this club is no exception to that.
