I've already beat the Forest Haven dungeon.

Yes, Phantom Hourglass is set 100 years after Wind Waker and Spirt Tracks is set 100 years after Phantom Hourglass.

Then how is it the same WW Link in all 3...?

But the Zelda in WW is the last in the blood line. And in Phantom hourglass at the beginning you can see Tetra.

Phantom Hourglass takes place right after Windwaker because it's the exact same Link because Tetra is in Phantom Hourglass who was also in Windwaker.

Spirit Tracks does take place 100 years after Phantom Hourglass... I think...
