You can't actually hold an Event for MMC without applying for an Event Manager position.

It's in the MMC Rules which I didn't make up

Yeah, if you can do two things.

1. Name the Important Staff of MMC (There's 3 in total)

2. Get their approval with the highest ranked one as the final decision.
