The Most Underrated Villagers

Who are the most underrated villagers in the game?(Has to be is Tier 4 and 5 villagers.)

My single pick would be Bones the lazy dog. I just think that he as one of the best designs in the entire game. He looks like the Target dog but with a brown spot instead of a red one.

My others picks would be Biskit, Walker, Chadder, and Tucker.

Moose the mouse... I absolutely love him but it seems like I'm the only one, I've actually found several hate-fanarts of people hitting him with a net and stuff... yikes.

Midge, I was surprised to see her in tier 5. I thought she would be more popular since shes a small pink normal villager.

I would agree with Midge, she was lovely when I had her in my town. She's just not a dreamie for me but I was happy enough to leave her to move out of her own accord rather than forcing it.
I'm always surprised at the Penguins not doing well....Aurora and Tex? Are they not adorable?
Butch is also very underrated. He's a lovely cranky dog, definitely as cute as goldie (who I feel is overrated).
Oh and Kidd the goat! He's a lovely smug and I can't see anything about him that's really awful to stop people wanting him. He was in my camp the other day and I thought how lovely he looks.

I think Gloria is a super underrated character, I agree she seems kinda horrible at the start but once you get to know her she becomes adorable and so sweet!
