It isn't the taking the DS while you're not at home / asleep and stealing stuff

no (you steal those hybrids and furniture back later anyway)

It's the fact that neither of you ever gets a new villager because you keep trading them back and forth via streetpass the minute either of you forgets to shut off wireless.

I dunno Patty and Victoria just moved in and they're adorbs but I'd rather have the spots open for someone i haven't seen 50 times before in my brother's town, y'know?

Just refuse to Wifi with him for awhile, or adopt some villgers here from giveaways ^-^
