I think Frog villagers are super cute in general just for being so tiny compared to yourself. (Like Jeremiah and Lily!) The most cutest for me would be Stitches as a super adorable lazy colorful small toy bear.

My cutest villagers are Freya (pink wolf) and Fuschia (pink deer) I never want them to leave town.
I have Zell, hes ok, but I like Fuschia better.
