Thanks guys! If you dig this, definitely check out guitarist Ralph Towner's body of work (he has a waltz on an album called "Batik" that really inspired me for this tune).

This will... possibly be on the next CD. For the noir one, there's only one tune slot left -- this will be the last track on the disk if I decide to include it. I think it will be, though... that last chord is nice and mysterious, perfect for the noir mood.

Neither, really. It was a meaningless off-handed comment.

And I think you mean "compliment".

Heh, I actually get the "soothing" comment a lot. I don't consider it to be an insult no matter how it's phrased. People usually tell me that when they a) don't want to get into technical terms, b) don't know the technical terms, or c) simply enjoy the music and find it relaxing. But Mino's comment didn't fall into any of those categories; like he said, it was just an off-handed comment.
