The Hikoboshi and Orihime outfits are based on a Japanese legend/holiday called Tanabata! The female and male outfits are based on the two lovers in the legend.
And zori are meant to be worn with the kimonos.

The morning glory is the female and the kabuki and casual are the males. If I'm remember correctly, there's only male actors for Kabuki.

Female kimonos have thicker obis (the sash around the waist) and it sits higher and a giant bow on the back

So the Casual Kimono and kabuki and hikonoshi outfit is the guys outfit right. What about Kimono sandals and zori? I unsure about the Simple visiting kimono and the ancient belted robes and the judogi.

The footwear is gender neutral

Simple visiting kimono is female
ancient belted robes is male
Ancient sashed robe is female
Judogi or gi is outfits worn when performing martial arts so it's either.
