Wanted to revive this thread for a bit to share a photo of the blood moon eclipse from tonight. Photo credit goes to one of my good friends from here, @/KimiyoCake. I really love the photo to be honest, almost looks like a scene out of Star Wars xD.

Heard both a Nashville Warbler and Tennessee Warbler outside. (According to Merlin app) I don't see or hear those around my area; it's also interesting how different they look, despite having similar names.

Well…my beloved Rose-breasted Grosbeak has migrated. I’m sad, but he has to do what he has to do….

The deer seem more active, though. I saw a pregnant one munching leaves and birdseed. Baby season is coming up, and that means they drop off their fawns in the yard for the day. So tiny they wobble when they stand…!

Fawn season is here, and that means cute little speckled babies show up where you least expect them….

The mom picks it up from “daycare” every evening, giving it a bath and dinner. I’ve even heard the baby make some noises— they kinda remind me of a lamb or cow.

Today I found an Eastern Lubber Grasshopper. They're the largest grasshopper in the US She was very polite. She's missing an arm bless her.

I saw a tulip tree today in full bloom and it was really pretty c: The flowers are green and orange! I didn’t get a pic, so have this little blue heron from Florida!

Two does got scared of the neighbors’ dog and knocked over the bird feeder. Birds and a bunny gathered to eat, right as the mama doe was bathing her baby. The fawn walked over and sniffed the bunny— a real-life Bambi moment!
