Ya, if the author says that, and actually has God killed in the books, then there is no way I am ever going to read this book.
It is just messed up.

I saw the movie with a friend who had read the books, The movie was well done, but having not read the books I wasn't really sure what to compare it to, she says it left off about ten chapters from the end. Pretty much you know there will be a sequel, just like in the books, apparently.

I'd recommend it to everyone who isn't stubborn, and can see a film without fear of being corrupted. Fact is, it's a story, it isn't an atheist bible... it's a book, made into a movie. If you're going to swear this one off, you may as well swear off the Da Vinci code because the guys at the Vatican didn't like it.
